If you already have an account with Solwise Telephony Ltd, no deposits are required.

If you do not already have an account with Solwise Telephony Ltd, and require geographic numbers (01/02), Freefone numbers, or 0845 numbers pointed at mobile or international destinations, then a deposit will be taken prior to your numbers being setup.  This deposit will be to cover the cost of any calls that may be chargeable to deliver to the destination you choose.

Any payment required to setup the numbers you reserve will be taken at the point when Solwise Telephony Ltd contact you by telephone (within 24 hours of your reserving the numbers).  Payment by credit/debit card is accepted.

Solwise Telephony Ltd must received a completed application form and Direct Debit mandate within 28 days of activation of service.  Failure to return a completed application form will result in suspension of service.
