0870 numbers

Use 0870 numbers to generate a small revenue stream from inbound calls. The caller pays the standard BT national call rate for the call and the business receiving the call is paid around 1p per minute for calls received at peak times and 0.5p per minute for off-peak calls, provided the call is received on a land-line. To receive the call on a mobile it is more effective to point the 0870 number at a land-line then divert the call to a mobile.

		Your existing 0870 number can usually be transferred to the Solwise Telephony package, or a new 0870 number can be issued.

		Solwise Telephony supply a new 0870 number free of charge (zero connection charge) and there is no monthly or quarterly rental.

		Receive a share of revenue on all inbound calls provided some other telephony services generating a minimum monthly charge of £20 are via Solwise Telephony.

		No minimum term. No minimum inbound call volumes, but numbers receiving under 15 minutes in any quarter may be receovered by networks.

		All specialist routing options are available, including:

		- Route call depending on originating number
		- Route call depending on time of day
		- Route call to range of numbers in a sequence
