These products are only available at certain exchanges where LLU equipment is present.  Please use our line checker to determine whether or not your line qualifies.  Symmetrical upstream and downstream bandwidth and are contended at 1:1, matching leased line performance.  Prices include the installation of a telephone line and the monthly rental includes the ongoing cost of this line.  SLA on both telephone line and DSL service is 5 hours from report of fault to problem being addressed.  Faults can be logged 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only.  Package includes a free ADSL2+ compatible router (with 4 Ethernet ports).

1 fixed IP address is supplied as standard.  Additional IP addresses are available if requirements meet RIPE criteria.

ADSL activations normally take 5 working days.  You can usually expect your ADSL service to go live before 5pm on the projected day of activation.  Migrations to Solwise Telephony normally take 5 working days. Solwise Telephony charge a 2-month deposit on new connections and inbound migrations.  This is due to the 60 day notice period detailed in our general terms and conditions.  Short-term contract quotations available on request. No hardware is supplied unless requested.   ADSL routers can be supplied at an extra cost.   Solwise Telephony does not support ADSL services where the connection is established via a USB modem.
