Solwise Telephony cannot guarantee that your telephone line will support ADSL and where it does, we cannot guarantee bandwidth expectations. Downstream and upstream bandwidth are dependant upon the length (distance from the local exchange) and quality of your telephone line.

ADSL activations normally take 5 working days. You can usually expect your ADSL service to go live before 5pm on the projected day of activation. Migrations to Solwise Telephony normally take 5 working days.

Solwise Telephony charge a 2-month deposit on new connections and inbound migrations. This is due to the 60 day notice period detailed in our general terms and conditions. Short-term contract quotations available on request.

No hardware is supplied unless requested. ADSL routers can be supplied at an extra cost. Solwise Telephony do not support ADSL services where the connection is established via a USB modem.
