ADSL Migrations
You can migrate your existing broadband connection to Solwise Telephony now, without losing your connection.  Migrating is generally a simple process and we're here to help you along the way.

How do I migrate?
To migrate your broadband connection, you must contact your existing supplier and ask for a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code).  This process can take anywhere between a few minutes and several hours.  Occassionally we have known it to take several days, but this is very rare.

When you have your MAC simply contact us and we will do the rest.  Migrations normally take a week to complete.  It is important to know that when you migrate to another supplier, you will have to change your connection username and password.  If you are unsure how to do this, please either consult your hardware provider or contact us.  We are familiar with a lot of routers on the market and will do our very best to help you out.

How much does it cost?
Migrating to Solwise Telephony costs £20, which covers any technical support you might require along the way.

How long does it take?
In general a migration to Solwise Telephony takes no more than a week to complete.  Migrations can be problematic sometimes but this is very rare.
