What is the Call Management Platform?
Simple!  It's a web interface that enables you to control every aspect of your inbound call traffic.  From call routing to call recording, voicemail to traffic reports, this web interface has it all.  The interface was originally designed with inbound call routing in mind, but it has grown to include a wide range of exciting business services which have proven to be invaluable tools.
 

 
How much does it cost?
The Call Management Platform costs just £69 to setup, followed by £7.50 per month.  You can access the web interface from any Internet-connected computer, anywhere in the world.  Upon subscribing you will be given a username, a password and a PIN code.  These are required to gain access to the service via the web address.

Create Routing Plans
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

A routing plan is an instruction which can be applied to incoming calls on a specific telephone number, or a group of telephone numbers. For example, a typical routing plan might be:

- Dial 08450060800 [for 15 seconds]
- Dial 07985911906 [for 10 seconds]
- Dial Group 'Sales' [for 15 seconds]
- Dial Voicemail 'Main Office'


The individual parts (known as legs) of a routing plan are executed in order until the last leg has successfully completed.  There is no limit to the amount of legs a routing plan can have, and you can create as many routing plans as you wish.

Once you have created all your routing plans, you can change which one is applied to any number, at any time.

Changes to routing plans are instant.  No more waiting around for your supplier to carry out your requests!

Create Dial Groups
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

A dial group is a selection of numbers to be dialled simultaneously.  Dial groups can be included in a routing plan as a type of action.  So instead of dialling a single number, you can dial a group, which in turn creates a call to each of the dial group members.

Dial groups are handy when you want to reach a group of people.  The first person to answer their phone gets the call.  For example, you could have a 'technical support' dial group and create an entry in the group for each member of your technical team.  When someone calls your technical support number, each telephone in the technical support department will ring.

You can create as many dial groups as you wish and you can easily add/remove members from your dial groups at any time.

Changes to dial groups are instant.

Remote Routing Manager
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

The Remote Routing Manager is a service which allows you to change the routing plan for a specific number (or group of numbers simultaneously) without you having to log into the web interface.

This service was created as a redundancy measure and has proven helpful when people need to change routing plans when they don't have access to the Internet.

You can have unlimited remote routing instructions and each instruction is capable of changing the routing plan of unlimited amounts of numbers simultaneously.

Online Number Purchasing
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

From within the web interface you can browse our large database of telephone numbers.  Our database includes non geographic (0808 & 0845) and geographic (01 & 02) numbers.  If you find a number you like, then you can purchase it online instantly.

This means you no longer need to contact us with a request to see what numbers we have available.  You can browse our database of numbers at any time and purchase as many numbers as you require.

When you purchase a number it will instantly become available to you, at which point you can route the number as you wish.  You can have unlimited amounts of numbers in your account and once you've taken a number it will be yours forever!

Dial-on Services
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

A dial-on service is one that you access via a telephone number (quite often these are 0845 numbers) by ringing in from your office number or your mobile for example.  Once your call is answered you may be asked to enter a PIN number, or the service may recognise your number as an authorised user.

A perfect example of a dial-on service is one which we offer, giving you discounted international calls from your mobile.   You simply call 0207-160-2080 and if prompted enter your PIN number.  You will then be given dial tone at which point you can enter the number you wish to dial.  You will be charged by Solwise Telephony for the call you make, at a discounted rate!

More information on dial-on services can be found within the Call Management Platform.  You can generate as many PIN codes as you wish and you can add as many 'authorised numbers' to the service as you require.

Voicemail Manager
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

Our voicemail service is similar to that of any other supplier, but we also offer an email notification service with mp3 attachments.  When someone reaches your voicemail box, they can leave a message as normal, which is transcoded into mp3 format and emailed to a designated email address within seconds.  The email will tell you all you need to know about who called and when, and the audio file will be attached for you to play back at your leisure.

Our voicemail service is also accessible via an 0845 number if you do not wish to receive your messages in email format.  Additionally, you can download your voicemail messages from the web interface, which gives full details of each individual message.

You can create as many voicemail boxes as you require and you can customise your greeting messages by calling the voicemail service and selecting 'option 3' from the main menu.

Each message box has a limit of 100 messages.  Saved messages are stored for 60 days before being deleted.

Call Recording
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

The ability to record a call has become increasingly popular in many industries.  Our call recording platform has been designed from scratch with ease-of-use in mind.  To record a call you simply dial into the call recording platform on 0845-421-0230.  You may then be asked for a PIN code, if the service does not recognise your number as an authorised user.  Once logged in you will be asked to enter the number you wish to dial, and the call will be recorded.

After you have finished the call, the recording will be available online instantly.  This can be downloaded from the web interface in mp3 format and will be stored for 90 days.  Alternatively call recordings can be streamed via the web interface without the need to download them directly to your own computer.

Call recording is also accessible via an 0808 freefone number, but this incurs additional costs due to the increase in cost to deliver the call to our recording platform.

Call Conferencing
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

A conference call is a telephone call in which the calling party wishes to have more than one called party listen into the audio portion of the call.  Businesses use conference calls daily to meet with remote parties, both internally and outside of their company.  Common applications include client meetings or sales presentations, training classes or communication to employees who work in different locations.

Solwise Telephony Call Conferencing is very easy to use and offers a FREE alternative to traveling to meet your clients.  With the Call Management Platform you can have as many conference rooms as you require and using our 'create a conference' wizard, you can have the system send invitations to each participant in a matter of minutes.

The Call Conferencing system is compatible with the Call Recording platform, allowing you to record conference calls.  Standard conference rooms (which are included free of charge) enable up to a maximum of six participants to join in a call.  For premium conference rooms (unlimited participants) please ask.

Call Traffic Reports
This service comes as standard with the Call Management Platform.

Never before has it been more important to be able to monitor enquiries.  Our comprehensive reporting system allows you to find out almost every piece of information you could imagine.  The Call Management Platform allows you to query our database of historic calls (up to a second ago) and compile reports containing just the information you require to answer whatever questions you might have about call traffic.

Indulge in reports pertaining to specific date ranges, data about how many calls have been received from specific numbers, from specific geographic locations, to how many calls were received on specific numbers between specified date ranges etc.

We are proud to have been able to supply bespoke reports for companies around the UK; reports which have assisted in the further development of those businesses.
