SDSL Annex M Leased Line Equivelents

This is a Unique product, launched in November 2008, that supplies a DSL product that competes directly with leased lines. It is delivered to a site over a telephone line.

The key features of the product are:

• Up-speed and Down-speed the same at 512K, 1meg, 1.5meg or 2meg (SDSL).
• 1:1 contention, so matches leased line performance to the internet.
• Installing product at 2 sites gives leased line performance between 2 points.
• Prices below INCLUDE the installation of the telephone line and the telephone line rental.
• Available from over 1000 exchanges across the UK (list available on application), or enter a number currently live on the ADSL checker that can be located here and if 'tick' appears next to "Solwise QoS Voice-Ready DSL" then this product is available on that telephone number.
• Unlimited downloads and uploads.
• 1 fixed IP address as standard: additional addresses available if requirements meet the RIPE criteria.
• Minimum term just 60 days, 30 days notice can be given at any point after end of first calendar month following installation. Can be supplied for spcial events for as short as 1 day, but minimum charge is for 60 days.
• Usually between 12 and 20 working days from order to installation complete.
• SLA on both telephone line and the DSL service is 5 hours from report of fault to problem being addressed. Faults can be logged 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only.
• Solwise telephony will supply an ADSL 2+ Annex capable route (with 4 ethernet ports) as part of the package.

Payment terms
All invoices are monthly and payment is by direct debit on the 4th of month following invoice date. For new customers without an existing account with Solwise Telephony Limited the installation/connection charge is payble in advance.

ADSL activations normally take 5 working days.  You can usually expect your ADSL service to go live before 5pm on the projected day of activation.  Migrations to Solwise Telephony normally take 5 working days. Solwise Telephony charge a 2-month deposit on new connections and inbound migrations.  This is due to the 60 day notice period detailed in our general terms and conditions.  Short-term contract quotations available on request. No hardware is supplied unless requested.   ADSL routers can be supplied at an extra cost.   Solwise Telephony do not support ADSL services where the connection is established via a USB modem.
