Terms of service
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Solwise Telephony website. Solwise Telephony may modify these terms and conditions from time to time and you are advised to keep up to date with any changes by regularly viewing these terms and conditions or subscribing to RSS feeds. By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Access

You are responsible for the security and proper use of all user IDs and passwords used in connection with the website (including changing passwords on a regular basis) and must take all necessary steps to ensure they are kept confidential, secure, used properly and not disclosed to unauthorised people.

You must immediately inform Solwise Telephony if there is any reason to believe that a user ID or password has or is likely to become known to someone not unauthorised to use it or is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised way.

Solwise Telephony reserves the right to suspend user ID and password access to the website if at any time Solwise Telephony considers that there is or is likely to be a breach of security.

Use of the website

This website contains a user interface, it is not designed for managing automated processes such as macros and robots that input volume transactions over short period of time. If you have a requirement to transact with Solwise Telephony in this way, please contact us.

Solwise Telephony may suspend or cancel your registration if Solwise Telephony believes that you have breached any of your obligations under this paragraph.

The content of this website is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights as applicable and is provided solely for your own use. Republication or redistribution of any of the content available ont he website, including by framing or similar means, is prohibited.

You will indemnify Solwise Telephony against all loss, damages, costs and expenses arising or incurred in respect of any actions, claims or legal proceeding which are brought or threatened against Solwise Telephony by a third part if the website is used in breach of this paragraph.

Availability

It is technically impractical to provide a fault-free website and Solwise Telephony does not undertake to do so. In the case of a fault Solwise Telephony will attempt to restore the website as soon as is reasonably practicable. If a fault occurs in the website you should report it to online@solwisetelephony.co.uk.

Solwise Telephony's liability

Solwise Telephony is not liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for loss whether direct or indirect of business, revenue or profits, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of or inability to use the website, or from your relying on the accuracy or completeness of the website content.

None of these terms and conditions apply to Sowlise Telephony's liability in respect of products sold under Solwise Telephony's standard product terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Solwise Telephony's liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.

	Advertising and sponsorship
	Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the website complies with relevant laws and codes of practice. Solwise Telephony is not responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

	Transfer of rights and obligations
	You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to another party.

Waiver

If Solwise Telephony delays in acting upon a breach of these terms and conditions that delay will not be regarded as a waiver of that breach. If Solwise Telephony waives a breach of these terms and conditions that waiver will be limited to that particular breach.

Matters beyond our reasonable control

Solwise Telephony will not be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond Solwise Telephony's reasonable control.

Confidentiality

You and Solwise Telephony will keep in confidence any information of a confidential nature obtained as a result of the use of the website and will not disclose that information to any person other than their employees or professional advisors (or, in the case of Solwise Telephony the employees or any related suppliers).

This paragraph will not apply to:

(a) any information which has been publishes other than through a breach of these terms and conditions

(b) information lawfully in the possession of the recipient before the disclosure took place

(c) information which a party is requested to disclose which, if it did not it would be required by law to do so.

	Data protection
	Solwise Telephony will comply with its obligations under applicable data protection legislation and maintain all relevant registrations and notifications, for the purposes of operating the website.

Virus protection

You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that any software you use with or in connection with the website is not infected by viruses.

Solwise Telephony will take all reasonable steps (including testing with the latest commercially available virus detection software) to ensure that any software used in connection with the website is not infected by viruses.

	Applicable law
	These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

	Severability
	If any provisions of these terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of its provisions will continue in full force and effect.

	Third party rights
	A person who is not party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms and conditions, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
